Login-Problems

I want to update my BS-Player, but I can't login anymore. I always get the message, that either my user (=eMail) or password is wrong. I requested a few times a new password, but nobody replied. What's up with the service there? :frown:

It's really frustrating! Not only, that I do not get any feedback by the BS-Player team, also here I seem to do not exist. No reply by anyone, neither that (s)he observed the same or that for him/her it works fine! Support is something different!:confused:
