Reason and Reaper MIDI Configurations

I am trying to setup up Reaper to where I basically have one instance of Reason rewired into Reaper (which I have no problem doing), and get multiple MIDI tracks in Reaper to control multiple racks (i.e. Thor and Maelstrom) separately. For example, I want one Reaper MIDI track to control Thor, and a different MIDI track to control Maelstrom or another synth. So I can sequence the sounds using MIDI in Reaper with one Reason instance. Can anybody send me a track preset, or tell me how to accomplish this (or if its possible).

Also remember to connect the outputs of any *rewired* instrument you want in Reason directly to the 'Hardware Device' at the top of the rack (not the mixer). Ignore this if you already knew that. ;)

Thanks for the replies guys!! I checked out the post and downloaded the template for Reason. I'll try that out in a few days (i'm moving this Friday and I have final exams this week so I have zero minutes to actually try this until this weekend). Oh, and thanks for the heads up Bluzkat. I think part of my problem was that I had the output going to the mixer and not the hardware interface. Any more tips are welcome. I think the most confusing part to me is how to use the MIDI routing works since its not as intuitive as the audio routing in Reason. Basically, I just want to be able to have about 5 different Thor's in Reason open with different sounds on each of them, and play them with 5 different MIDI tracks (on different channels) in Reaper and have the sound from all 5 Thor's play back at the same time when I play my project in Reaper
