Encoding from DivX3 to DivX4 ?

I have several DivX3 encoded movies. Can I encode my movies from DivX3 to DivX4 or higher with any "easy to use program"?

Sorry I forgot to mention the reason. I have a standalone player who accept too play divX4 encoded material. (KISS DP450)That's why. If the quality will be reduced, by doing so, I'll accept that. I'm looking forward to the conversion tool that -h is currently working on. While I'm waiting, what conversion tool can I use ? Thank's Teegedeck

if you really need to re-encode them simply use virtuadub and divx5 in 2 pass mode.
