Movie Quality

Hi, Peoplez I'm encoding my movies using DVD2SVCD with TMPGEnc 2.57, 2pass VBR. And the quality is quite good. But there are still those fucking pixles looking like midgeswarms around moving objects especially humans. Can anyone tell me how to clean this away? greetz Qudus

I heard that you should only use cce version 2.50 and no outher version. is that correct? and if it is, where do i get this version from?

a trial version of v2.50 is in doom9 download session. Other version search the web/eDonkey.
