VobSub not showing subtitles

Hi all, I just want to know if anyone else have/had the same problem before starting to mess with codecs, filters and all that stuff. The problem is simple: VobSub yesterday was runnig fine, today is not showing the subtitles (every format: sub,srt,idx,etc) the filter is running (the small arrow is in the systray) and everything well configured. I've re-installed VobSub but without any sucess. The only thing diferent is that I removed my Hitachi DVD-Rom and Installed a Sony DRU-500A, no new software was installed. So anyone have an idea of what can be wrong before I start smashing my head against the keyboard and start installing every codec,filter again?? Thanks in advanced. Are we talking about subs U are trying to get from a new movie or just displaying subs U already ripped ?:)

This happens with every subs. Yesterday I downloaded some subs for some movies and it worked great, now it doesn't show a thing...:confused:
