Drum Tracks: Editing a group of them simultaneously?

Dynamic Split 

How do you use Dynamic Split? Where is it found in Reaper? Is it a Plug-in or a function in one of the menus? Does it work at all or does it just phuck up the phase?

Tab to Transient works for all SELECTED items simultaneously. That means, if you select Snare and Kick and then Tab, cursor will jump from Kick to Snare to Kick to Snare etc. Dynamic Split as kind of "auto tab to transient and split the region" can be applied to Kick and/or Snare close mic track. If you check "Split grouped items at times of selected item splits", then every cut gets applied to any other item which is grouped wit the Kick/Snare. Dynamic Split can be found at right-click - item processing - dynamic split

PT style edit groups in Reaper would be just wonderful in my view. Not just for drum editing either.

Reaper was made from the very start so specifically for multitrack editing I am surprised by the derision. Maybe its time for another video
